PORTRAIT INVESTMENT

You would ask why we call our portrait session, an “investment” and not “price” ?
You are investing precious moments that will last a lifetime.

Studio investment fee $250
Location investment fee $350
Professional hair and make-up service $150 per person

The investment is non-refundable for cash, and we require 50% downpayment upon booking. The balance should be settled on the day of your portrait session. Our investment fees are exclusive of images.

 
 

ALL PORTRAIT SESSIONS INCLUDE:

1. Design Consultation. This is scheduled before your portrait session. This serves as a preparation for all the needed things on the day of your session, which includes styling and clothing pegs.

2. The photographer's expertise on photography, time of photoshot and post-processing of images.

3. Viewing and Ordering Appointment. This is a scheduled visit to our studio or through Zoom conference, to check on the final photos and outputs, and from there, we will help you pick your favorites for you to order.

FAQ


I have never done this before. Will you help me prepare for my shoot?
I will guide you through everything from picking the best outfits, posing and achieving your best look. I will send you a pdf with all the information you need for a successful shoot. I will guide you every step of the way.
 Do I get digital files?
You will only get the digital files of the images that you have purchased printed. But you can always buy digital images separately.
How far in advance do I need to book my shoot?
I recommend that you book your shoot 5-6 weeks before you need your images.  Albums may take up to 4-6 weeks to produce. If you need it sooner, I will try to accommodate you and do rush service for an extra fee.
Will you post my pictures online?
I would only use your pictures online or for marketing and advertising with your signed consent on a model release contract which is 100% optional.
What if I’m older and not on my ideal weight?
I have photographed women from their early twenties to their late seventies. I have photographed women of all sizes and shapes. When I look at you through my lens, I believe I can capture your inner and outer beauty no matter what your stage in life. My goal is that when you are in front of my camera you will experience how beautiful you really are.
I have stretch marks or bad skin. Can you fix that?
Yes. Removal stretch marks and soften the skin are part of the retouching process and included in your purchase. We don't reshape or make people's body parts any other shape than normal. However, you can purchase this extra service.
Where does the photography session take place?
In my home- studio in Lawrenceville, GA that I have set up for contemporary portraiture, I am also available for outdoor sessions and location-destinations at an additional cost. 
Can I meet you and see the studio before my shoot?
Yes, of course. You can either come in for a personal consultation or, we can do it by Zoom, Skype, WhatsApp or FaceTime.
Do you provide outfits? or do I bring my own?
I have a small collection of outfits for portraiture for a small dry-cleaning fee. Otherwise please bring at least 4-5 different outfits.  The more you bring, the better I will be able to help you decide what to wear.
How long does the shoot take?
Plan to spend around 2 1/2 - 3 hours for the shoot including hair and makeup. For your viewing appointment plan on 1 1/2 hours.

A 50 % deposit is required on booking. This sitting investment fee is non-refundable, non-redeemable for cash and, the balance of the session fee is due on the day of your shoot. 
What is your cancelation policy?
If you cancel your photo session 48 hours before your scheduled session, you will receive a refund. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your scheduled session, there is no refund.
Can I reschedule my photo shoot?
48 hour notice is needed since I have a makeup/hair professional scheduled for your shoot. There is also a blocked time for you on the appointment schedule which I would be unable to rebook on such a short notice.
